Our client, a dynamic and rapidly growing retail brand, is seeking an experienced Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to join their vibrant team in London, Ontario, CA . This hybrid role offers a unique opportunity to combine in-office creativity and collaboration with the flexibility of remote work, driving innovative digital marketing strategies for our client's diverse product lines. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing comprehensive digital marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility, customer engagement, and sales.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute integrated digital marketing strategies across various channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and display advertising. Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads to achieve target ROI and KPIs. Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings and website traffic. Create engaging and compelling content for social media platforms, blog posts, and email newsletters to drive customer interaction and loyalty. Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), generate reports, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement. Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices, and apply them to enhance campaign effectiveness. Collaborate with internal teams, including creative, sales, and product development, to ensure brand consistency and campaign alignment. Manage marketing automation platforms and CRM systems to nurture leads and improve customer lifecycle marketing. Conduct A/B testing on various campaign elements to optimize conversion rates and user experience. Monitor competitor digital marketing activities and identify market opportunities. Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Minimum of 4 years of proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on campaign management and performance analysis. Demonstrated expertise in SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and content creation. Proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media advertising platforms. Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp) and CMS platforms. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data into actionable strategies. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail. Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas. Experience in the retail sector is a significant advantage. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative hybrid team.
