Our client is looking for a results-driven and creative Remote Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to lead and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies. This is a fully remote opportunity, allowing you to leverage your expertise to drive online growth for a dynamic organization. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, email marketing, and analytics. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns across various digital channels to enhance brand visibility, generate leads, and drive conversions.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute data-driven digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives. Manage and optimize Search Engine Optimization (SEO) initiatives to improve organic search rankings and website traffic. Plan, execute, and manage paid advertising campaigns (SEM, PPC) across platforms like Google Ads and Bing Ads. Develop and oversee social media marketing strategies to increase engagement, brand awareness, and community growth. Create and curate compelling content for various digital channels, including website copy, blog posts, social media updates, and email newsletters. Manage and optimize email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, automation, and performance tracking. Analyze digital marketing performance using tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, and social media analytics platforms. Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. Collaborate with content creators, designers, and web developers to ensure cohesive campaign execution. Stay abreast of the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices. Manage the digital marketing budget effectively to maximize ROI. Identify new opportunities for digital growth and innovation. Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of success. In-depth knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, social media marketing, content marketing, and email marketing best practices. Proficiency with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, HubSpot, Mailchimp). Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO). Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a remote environment. Creative mindset with a strategic approach to problem-solving. Certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, or other relevant platforms are a plus.
