Job Summary

Responsible for marketing-related reporting and analytics; process building/ refinement; support of planning and budgeting, marketing technology selection & best practices. Marketing budget, performance metrics.

Essential Functions

  • Work with CMO to define marketing measures, develop and deliver measures, work with marketing leaders to develop insights.
  • Construct key marketing reporting mechanisms, including dashboards and executive and internal team reports.
  • Collaborate with Strategic Marketing leader to develop technology infrastructure strategy. Lead project management and implementation, governance. Collaboration with IT, sales and other functions as needed.
  • Marketing data ownership/management, as well as alignment with relevant corporate data initiatives.
  • Support CMO and marketing leaders to document marketing processes working in conjunction with sales functions.
  • Manage phone and web lead process.
  • Support marketing planning and budgeting process.
  • Support CMO to disseminate internal and external marketing best practices.
  • Support CMO in the development of a marketing professional development/training plan by function, working in conjunction with leaders of those functions.
  • Identify and recruit internal/external talents to ensure an effective mix of competencies.
  • Induct new joiners to quickly maximize performance.
  • Set and communicate team/individual objectives and KPI to inspire individuals to achieve high performance.
  • Allocate workload to fully utilize every employee's talent.
  • Implement development plans and coach individuals to reach their maximum talent.
  • Provide regular constructive feedback on performance/development and address poor/mediocre performance in a timely manner.
  • Recognize high performers to maintain motivation and retain key talent.
  • Regularly communicate on company news and team progress against business plan.
  • Create team spirit.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent Technical / Business experience (Required)

MBA (Preferred)

12+ years relevant work experience (Preferred)

Operations, project management and planning background (Required)

4-7 years relevant leadership experience including directing the work of others (Preferred)

International travel may be required up to 10% travel may be required.
