A company is looking for a Performance Marketing Partner (Remote). Key Responsibilities Manage and optimize paid traffic campaigns to ensure profitability and maximize return on ad spend (ROAS) Take ownership of on-site monetization strategies, including layout and navigation adjustments to enhance revenue Utilize AI tools and workflows to manage a diverse portfolio of sites effectively Required Qualifications and Education Deep experience in Google Ads (Search & Discovery) and Meta Ads Strong understanding of yield and session optimization metrics, including Session RPM and Page RPM Experience conducting A/B tests to improve ad placements and user navigation Proficiency with AI and automation tools for content generation and ad creative development Ability to operate with an owner's mentality and treat company resources as personal investments
