Email Marketing Specialist Needed to Build Webinar Nurture Sequence (Financial Advisory Firm)

We are a fiduciary wealth management firm serving pre-retirees and retirees with $500K+ in investable assets. We recently launched an on-demand educational webinar and are now looking for an experienced email marketing specialist to build a high-quality nurture sequence for webinar registrants.
This is not a generic promo sequence. It is a trust-based, education-driven funnel designed to convert qualified prospects into one-on-one planning meetings over time.
Project Scope
We are looking for someone to
- Create a 90-day email nurture sequence for webinar registrants
- Align messaging with the themes of the webinar (retirement taxes, income planning, Social Security, Roth conversions, Medicare IRMAA, estate coordination)
- Write emails that educate, reframe common misconceptions, and build confidence
- Strategically drive qualified prospects toward booking a Retirement Pathfinder Analysis (planning meeting)
- Recommend how the sequence should transition into a longer-term evergreen or broadcast strategy after 90 days
We already have
- A recorded webinar
- A defined offer and funnel
- Blog posts and YouTube videos you can reference or repurpose
- Clear audience definition (age 55+, $500K+ assets)
What We’re Looking For
This role is a good fit if you
- Have experience writing nurture sequences for high-trust, high-ticket services
- Understand how long-cycle decisions work (not impulse buying)
- Can balance authority, education, and calm urgency
- Write clearly and simply without hype or gimmicks
- Can think strategically about sequencing, not just individual emails
Experience with
- Financial services
- Advisory or professional services
- Webinar funnels
is a plus, but not required if you understand trust-based selling.
