We’re hiring a Head of Sales & Marketing
Total Life is a pre-Series A company on a mission to transform mental health care for older adults — one of the most underserved populations in healthcare.
Millions of seniors struggle silently with depression, anxiety, loneliness, and loss. Most never receive care. We exist to change that — and the impact is real, measurable, and deeply human.
This role is for someone who wants to own growth — not just run campaigns.
The role
As Head of Sales & Marketing, you’ll work directly with the CEO and own the full growth engine at Total Life — from digital demand generation to sales pipelines to conversion.
This is a builder role for someone who is both highly technical and deeply creative — someone who loves experimenting, measuring, optimizing, and winning.
If you get excited by dashboards and storytelling, funnels and psychology, this role is for you.

What you’ll own
Growth, demand & pipeline
- Own the entire sales and marketing funnel (B2C + B2B)
- Drive digital acquisition across paid, organic, email, and partnerships
- Build, monitor, and optimize pipelines from lead to conversion
- Obsess over CAC, conversion rates, and lifetime value
Sales & revenue operations
- Oversee inbound and outbound sales motions
- Partner closely with the call center and care coordination teams
- Build and optimize sales scripts, workflows, and follow-ups
- Ensure clean handoffs and high conversion at every stage
Marketing systems & technology
- Own HubSpot and CRM workflows end-to-end
- Manage call center tools, tracking, and attribution
- Build dashboards that show what’s working (and what’s not)
- Leverage automation and AI to move faster and smarter
Creative + brand execution
- Lead messaging, positioning, and growth storytelling
- Launch and test campaigns across channels
- Balance performance marketing with brand-building
- Translate mission into demand

Experience that helps (but isn’t required)
- Experience at a high-growth or early-stage startup
- Deep hands-on experience with HubSpot and CRMs
- Experience with call center tools and sales ops
- B2C and B2B growth experience
- Performance marketing, funnel optimization, or growth ops background
- You have run paid ads, crushed SEO and love learning about how AI is changing the game
- Comfort working directly with founders
