E-commerce Specialist

**Job Summary**

Taknology (Canada) Inc. is a Canadian owned and operated distributor, headquartered in Richmond Hill, Ontario. Since 1985, Taknology operates as a specialty distributor of consumer electronics and digital imaging products. It caters to the independent dealers and corporate resellers across Canada.

• *Position Summary**:

As an eCommerce Specialist, you will be responsible for:

Ensuring accurate and timely completion of daily shipments of all eCommerce orders

Monitor inventory levels on all Marketplace platforms

Monitor account health and listings on eCommerce channels/marketplace platforms

Provide timely and exceptional customer service responses on all eCommerce platforms

Create weekly shipments for all Amazon platforms to ensure adequate stock/inventory

Responsible for maintaining and creating new product listings by coordinating with other team members to obtain optimal copywriting, graphic designs and product images

Inputting data into excel spreadsheets and uploading into different dealer portals/platforms

• *Qualifications Required**:
• Minimum 2 years in Amazon Vendor Central & Seller Central
• Post-secondary degree or diploma in a related field
• Ability to analyze category data and determine trends and opportunities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Gmail/Drive/Doc, Adobe Acrobat
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Experience balancing deadlines and conflicting demands
• Strong work ethic and flexibility in providing support across multiple departments and functions
• High level of organization and attention to detail;
• A team player with exceptional interpersonal skills
• *Terms of Employment**:

Permanent, Full time for 40 hours per week

• *Remuneration Package**:

The annual salary for this position is $45,000 based on experience.
