On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Digital Experience Manager, eCommerce for a 7 month contract role. This position is a hybrid position with 3 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

Digital Experience Manager, eCommerce - Job Description:

The Commerce (.COM) team in Marketing is reinventing discovery experiences to meet the evolving and unique needs of our customers, regardless of who they are or how they choose to bank with us. The role involves leading and managing the creation, planning, and delivery of various web initiatives, analyzing their effectiveness, and continuously optimizing and improving customer experience.

Digital Experience Manager, eCommerce - Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the creation, planning, and delivery of various web initiatives, analyze their effectiveness, and continue optimizing and improving customer experience.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders to influence the planning, management, and optimization of all content across our public websites.
  • Lead the Digital Commerce channel strategy in support of Scotiabank’s goals and objectives.
  • Identify key Digital Commerce opportunities and support the accelerated development of our channel performance.
  • Analyze site data and user behavior to improve customer experience through site optimization.
  • Use competitive landscape knowledge or industry trends to develop innovative experiences.
  • Partner with stakeholders to define and lead personalization opportunities.
  • Build A/B tests and personalized experiences in partnership with digital analytics, marketing, UX, content writers, and audience managers.

Digital Experience Manager, eCommerce - Mandatory Skills:

  • 5+ years as Digital Experience Management or relevant experience
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in the eCommerce space
  • Experience using marketing technology and Content Management Systems (Adobe Experience Manager preferred)
  • Solid understanding of translating business strategy into digital experience through personalization and A/B testing
  • Proven experience leading strategies and roadmaps of tactics that deliver on business goals and objectives
  • 1+ year of experience in front-end using HTML, JavaScript, JSON, and CSS

Digital Experience Manager, eCommerce – Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Experience utilizing web analytics platforms (Adobe Analytics preferred)
  • Deep knowledge of the impact of web content and SEO
  • Experience using Project Management software (such as JIRA, Confluence, or WorkFront)
  • Ability to ensure website content has a consistent look and feel
  • Practical experience with Agile development methodologies

Digital Experience Manager, eCommerce – Assignment Length:

This is a contract position from 04/06/2026 to 10/31/2026, with the possibility of extension based on performance and business needs.
