The Role
As a Junior sales and marketing representative, you’ll be part of an energetic, office-based team representing clients through face-to-face marketing campaigns. No two days are the same, and you’ll receive hands-on training to help you grow your communication skills, confidence, and career prospects.
This is a role for people who enjoy working with others, setting goals, and being rewarded for their performance.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Representing Big Name household brands professionally during face-to-face customer interactions
- Delivering a positive and engaging customer experience
- Working closely with a supportive team to achieve shared targets
- Attending daily office meetings and training sessions
- Bringing a positive attitude and contributing to a motivated team culture

Sales experience is helpful but not required. We welcome applicants with transferable skills from hospitality, retail, customer service, call centres, administration, coordination roles, and similar backgrounds.

Working Structure
This is a self-employed, subcontracted position. Working days are Monday–Friday or Monday–Saturday, with the flexibility to work any 4 days per week, depending on availability and performance expectations.
