Responsibilities
- Lead architecture and design for Amazon Connect (CCaaS) implementations
- Provide technical direction and architectural decision-making
- Ensure alignment across solution design, delivery, and governance
- Manage dependencies and identify/escalate risks
- Collaborate with solution architecture and delivery teams
Requirements
- Strong experience with AWS and Amazon Connect
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Experience working in large enterprise environments
