Herbert Roofing is hiring a Digital Marketing Coordinator to help drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation across the Great Lakes Bay Region.

This role is perfect for someone who loves social media marketing, digital content creation, brand storytelling, and building a strong online reputation.

At Herbert Roofing, we’re not just installing roofs — we’re building a brand homeowners trust. The Social Media & Marketing Coordinator plays a key role in making sure our community knows who we are and why they should call us first.

Responsibilities

Social Media Management

• Manage company social media accounts including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube
• Plan and execute weekly content calendars
• Capture photos and videos from job sites, customers, and company events
• Create engaging posts that increase reach, engagement, and brand visibility

Online Reputation Management

• Monitor reviews across Google, Yelp, and BBB
• Help generate new customer reviews
• Respond to reviews professionally and protect brand reputation
• Maintain Website updates

Digital Marketing Support

• Assist with marketing campaigns and promotions
• Create simple marketing graphics and promotional materials
• Support community marketing and event promotion

Qualifications

Preferred experience in one or more of the following:

• Social Media Marketing
• Content Creation or Digital Marketing
• Marketing, Communications, or Media
• Graphic Design or Video Content Creation

Successful candidates are

• Creative and organized
• Comfortable managing multiple marketing projects
• Familiar with major social media platforms
• Able to communicate clearly and professionally
