Digital Marketing Manager - Elevate the Future of Aerospace with GracoRoberts
What You'll Do
The Digital Marketing Manager plays a key role in amplifying GracoRoberts’ value proposition as the largest, fastest, and most technical aerospace specialty chemicals distributor in the world. He/she will support the day-to-day digital marketing and data-driven activities for the GracoRoberts family of brands (GRFB) in support of company goals.
Salary: $85,000-$95,000 yr
Location: Carson, CA or Arlington, TX
Responsibilities
- Develop, execute and optimize integrated paid, earned, and owned digital marketing campaigns to drive engagement and conversion.
- Manage campaign setup, UTM tagging, tracking, and performance reporting in HubSpot and Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
- Implement A/B tests, track/report and analyze results, and continuously improve campaign performance based on insights and KPIs
- Plan, develop, and publish organic and paid content across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging B2B platforms
- Develop long and short-form videos, reels, and graphics that increase engagement and brand reach
- Develop and update content across brand websites to ensure accuracy, SEO compliance, and consistent user experience
- Develop technical thought leadership content (blog posts, landing pages, white papers, case studies, news stories, industry articles) in collaboration with internal subject matter experts in a clear, engaging way
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or related field.
- 7 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a B2B setting
- Paid media buying experience is required.
- Strong working knowledge of Hubspot Marketing Module (email and social media) and AI platforms for research, marketing content development
- Experience with design/video editing tools: Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut
- Experience with analytics and media buying tools: HubSpot, GA4, SEMrush, Google Search Console, Google Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Business Manager, LLMs
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with the ability to tailor content for different platforms
