Digital Marketing Sales Manager

Genesis Global Workforce Solutions is a market-leading CBS Affiliate located in La Crosse, Wisconsin. They are seeking a Digital Marketing Sales Manager to lead their sales department and direct digital marketing sales efforts with a skilled team, focusing on innovative advertising products and building customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Manage and guide a digital marketing sales team towards achieving station goals across all platforms
• Develop and implement sales strategies, monitor progress, and institute action plans
• Create and manage new business and non-traditional revenue campaigns
• Work directly with clients to develop effective advertising strategies
• Work with General Manager and other department managers to accomplish station objectives
• Understand and respect the relationship between Sales and News and respect the integrity of the News product
• Collaborate with sales management from other Clients’ markets to meet and exceed company-wide goals

Skills

• Five years of digital marketing sales and/or sales management experience
• Experience with transactional, local business development, digital and multi-platform sales
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel
• Experience with budgeting, managing inventory, recruiting, on-boarding, coaching, and meeting revenue goals
• Position requires a good driving history and a valid driver's license
