Sales Digital Transformation Manager

Our client, a leading organization in the retail and consumer goods industry, is seeking a Sales Digital Transformation Manager to join their team. As a Sales Digital Transformation Manager, you will be part of the Strategy & Operations department supporting sales teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, adaptability, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Sales Digital Transformation Manager

Location: Racine, Wisconsin

What's the Job?

• Serve as the primary contact for the sales team regarding data and technological tools.
• Onboard users to existing sales data systems and conduct regular training sessions to maximize adoption.
• Collaborate with IT to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to sales tools and systems.
• Develop and implement training programs to enhance user engagement and proficiency.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to assess the impact of sales tools on performance.

What's Needed?

• Bachelor’s Degree in an IT discipline or related field.
• 5+ years of relevant business experience in sales or technology environments.
• Proven experience in change management and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Experience with AI applications in a corporate setting.
• Proficiency with Power BI Reporting and familiarity with SAP Trade Promotional Management, ChatBPT/Copilot, and other sales tools.
