We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives and drive brand awareness. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in content marketing, digital marketing strategies, and campaign management, with a focus on both B2B and industrial sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement.
• Oversee content marketing efforts, including blog posts, whitepapers, and promotional materials.
• Manage SEO strategies to improve website rankings and drive organic traffic.
• Lead social media marketing campaigns across various platforms, including LinkedIn and Facebook.
• Analyze marketing performance metrics and adjust strategies to optimize ROI.
• Coordinate email marketing campaigns and maintain customer engagement through newsletters and bulletins.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
• Manage public relations efforts to enhance brand reputation and awareness.
• Plan and execute advertising campaigns across various channels.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on marketing objectives and project management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in industrial consumables or B2B sectors.
• Strong knowledge of content marketing, SEO, social media marketing, and analytics.
• Proficiency in marketing tools such as Google Ads, MailChimp, HubSpot, and Zoho.
• Experience with design software such as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, as well as Canva.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of successful campaign management and customer engagement strategies.
