The Manager of Quality Network Operations will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives within the OhioRISE Learning Network. This role focuses on enhancing the quality improvement capacity of OhioRISE Stakeholders to improve outcomes for youth served by OhioRISE. The Manager of Quality Network Operations will collaborate with key stakeholders, manage projects, and apply healthcare improvement principles to achieve better outcomes and lower costs for children.
Project Management
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, RACI charts, and logs for risks, issues, actions, and decisions.
- Facilitate weekly operations team meetings and provide project management support during the transition to the Aetna team.
- Organize and lead formal project kick-off meetings, including the development of mission and vision statements and system-level Key Driver Diagrams (KDD).
- Conduct stakeholder analysis to understand current CME care management processes and identify areas for improvement.
Quality Improvement Coaching and Support
- Support the design and implementation of quality improvement projects, identifying prototypes to test and providing coaching on Plan-Do-Study-Act (PDSA) cycles.
- Review performance data and benchmarking to inform project adjustments and improvements.
- Develop and deliver training on quality improvement tools and methods to CME sites.
Network Learning Events Coordination
- Plan and manage design meetings and learning sessions to engage stakeholders and align on the vision for the Learning Network.
- Collaborate with leadership on communications for network events, including the creation of event materials and promotion strategies.
- Facilitate learning sessions, ensuring effective engagement and knowledge sharing among participants.
Quality Improvement Capability Building
- Introduce quality improvement methodologies and tools to CME sites, assessing their needs and providing tailored training sessions.
- Offer ongoing coaching and support to project team leads to enhance their quality improvement capabilities.
Data Analytics and Consultation
- Provide coaching on measure selection, operational definitions, data collection, and reporting to support the measurement team.
- Assist in the development of an analytic roadmap and guide the standardization of special cause investigation processes.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in quality improvement, population health, or care management within the healthcare industry.
- Demonstrated experience in managing complex projects and leading cross-functional teams.
- Strong understanding of healthcare quality improvement principles and methodologies, particularly in relation to children and adolescents with complex behavioral health needs.
Preferred Qualifications
- *Preferred candidate will reside in Ohio.
- Knowledge of Ohio’s healthcare landscape.
- Familiarity with data analytics and quality measurement in healthcare settings.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders effectively.
Education
- Master’s degree in related field
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is
$67,900.00 - $149,328.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
