Position Summary/Objective
As a Junior Email Marketing Specialist, you will help elevate our member-clients' brands through innovative email strategies. In this role, you will onboard and deploy scaled email programs for our member-clients. The ideal candidate will bring knowledge, passion, and motivation to grow their skillset.

Responsibilities
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

• Work with internal teams and follow documented processes to onboard member-clients to our email platform
• Deploy templated emails and workflows for our member-clients
• Design and execute custom email marketing campaigns for our member-clients upon request
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in email marketing and apply insights to improve our strategies
  

Remote Work/Travel: This position will work remotely from a home address and subject to AVB's Remote Work policies and procedures which are then in effect. In addition, from time to time, this position will be required to engage in travel, including travel to attend AVB's Annual All-Employee Meeting as well as other travel obligations which may be required of the position such as meetings with members, attendance at conventions and shows and other events where you will represent AVB. (Any requests for accommodations to required travel (including medical) should be addressed with Human Resources.
Required Skills And Abilities

• Strong time management, organization, and communication skills
• Proven ability to manage a high-volume workload and prioritize tasks effectively, using a system to keep projects organized
• Great interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both internal teams and external member-clients
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail
• Innovative and creative thinker, able to think outside the box
  

Education And Experience

• 1-2 years of email marketing experience, preferably in an eCommerce environment
• Experience building email automations is a plus, but not required
• Proficient with email builders such as Klayvio, Mailchimp, HubSpot, or another similar platform
• Basic understanding of email analytics and metrics, with the ability to analyze and interpret data
• Proficient with creative design tools such as Canva or similar to craft visually compelling graphics

• Prolonged period of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
