Job Summary:



This position plays a vital role in identifying and engaging top talent in a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting environment. Working closely with multiple hiring managers, you will focus on the early stages of the recruitment funnel, including sourcing, screening, and conducting initial interviews with candidates. Operating within established guidelines and procedures, you will contribute to building a strong talent pipeline while working under direct supervision. This role requires someone who thrives in a metrics-driven atmosphere and can effectively manage competing priorities while maintaining quality standards. You will be responsible for ensuring a positive candidate experience from first contact through the initial screening phases, utilizing your knowledge of recruiting best practices and industry-specific sourcing techniques
