24 Seven Talent is seeking an energetic, results-driven Ecommerce Account Manager to lead Walmart Marketplace and Walmart Connect strategy. This role owns the full Walmart.com business, managing day-to-day operations and collaborating internally to drive revenue and scale growth.

Responsibilities

  • Own and grow Walmart.com businesses across Marketplace, onsite execution, and Walmart Connect
  • Lead Walmart Connect campaign strategy , activation, optimization, and performance reporting
  • Drive assortment expansion, item setup, content optimization, and conversion improvements
  • Analyze data and insights to inform media, pricing, and growth strategies
  • Partner cross-functionally to deliver integrated ecommerce plans
  • Act as a thought leader on Walmart ecommerce best practices and platform evolution

Skills

  • Hands-on experience managing Walmart Connect self-serve campaigns
  • Proven success across Search, Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Display
  • Strong understanding of media KPIs (ROAS, CTR, CPC, conversion)
  • Ability to connect retail media strategy with Marketplace performance
  • Experience optimizing budgets, bids, keywords, and creative to drive efficiency and scale
