Our client is seeking a creative and strategic Digital Marketing & Content Manager to drive online brand presence and engagement. This role is pivotal in developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing campaigns, managing content creation, and optimizing online channels to achieve business objectives. You will be responsible for creating compelling content across various platforms, managing social media, email marketing, SEO/SEM efforts, and analyzing campaign performance to drive continuous improvement. A strong understanding of digital marketing principles, excellent writing skills, and a passion for storytelling are essential.

Responsibilities: Develop and implement integrated digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive lead generation. Create, curate, and manage engaging and relevant content for the company website, blog, social media, and email campaigns. Manage social media platforms, developing content calendars, posting schedules, and community engagement strategies. Oversee email marketing campaigns, including list management, content creation, and performance analysis. Implement and optimize SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and website traffic. Manage paid advertising campaigns (SEM, social media ads) to drive targeted traffic and conversions. Analyze website and campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, providing actionable insights and recommendations. Collaborate with design and development teams to ensure a consistent brand experience across all digital touchpoints. Stay abreast of the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices. Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies as needed. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on campaign effectiveness to stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, with at least 4-6 years of experience in digital marketing and content creation. Proven experience in managing social media, email marketing, SEO/SEM, and content strategy is required. Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills are paramount. Experience with marketing automation platforms and analytics tools is highly desirable. Location: Fort Worth, Texas, US (Hybrid)
