E-Commerce Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive E-Commerce Specialist to support our growing online business across multiple sales channels. This is a highly customer-facing role that plays a key part in ensuring smooth daily operations, accurate order processing, and optimized product listings.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer communication via phone and email in a professional and timely manner
• Answer inbound calls and assist customers with product questions, order inquiries, and general support
• Send invoices and process customer payments
• Input and post orders accurately across internal systems
• Provide order status updates and tracking support
• Coordinate returns and damaged shipments
• Support product listing launches, updates and optimizations across Amazon, Shopify, BigCommerce, Walmart, and eBay

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with confidence handling customer phone calls
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced e-commerce environment
• Experience optimizing product listings on Amazon, Shopify, BigCommerce, Walmart, and eBay is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 per hour
