Comfy Cubs is on the lookout for a dedicated and detail-oriented E-commerce Operations Manager to take charge of our global marketplace activities. This is a full-time, in-house role based in our Miami office. The ideal candidate will oversee the daily marketplace operations, manage an overseas team, and ensure that our strategies and standard operating procedures (SOPs) are effectively implemented from start to finish.

This position reports directly to the Managing Partner and plays a crucial role in maintaining account health, boosting growth, and ensuring operational excellence across various marketplaces.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of approximately 15 overseas employees involved in customer service, marketplace operations, and data analytics.
  • Implement strategic directives and SOPs from the Managing Partner with full accountability.
  • Oversee all daily marketplace operations to guarantee efficient execution and performance across multiple platforms.
  • Plan, manage, and forecast deals, promotions, and important sales events.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams and department leads to ensure alignment and effective execution throughout the company.
  • Manage relationships with marketplace contacts and proactively build new partnerships as necessary.
  • Ensure marketplace accounts are compliant, healthy, and in good standing at all times.
  • Address escalations, compliance issues, and urgent matters related to marketplace operations.
  • Monitor performance metrics and workflows to ensure comprehensive oversight.

Required Skills and Experience

  • At least 5 years of experience in e-commerce marketplaces.
  • Strong understanding of Amazon Seller Central and marketplace operations.
  • Minimum of 2 years managing a team of 10 or more employees.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Experience in interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new team members.
  • Proficient in utilizing computers, software tools, and project management platforms.
  • Goal-oriented, enjoys challenges, and possesses strong problem-solving skills.
  • Positive mindset with a commitment to personal and professional growth.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with Amazon Mexico Vendor.

Work Location

This is an in-house, on-site position located in Miami, Florida.
