Lead end-to-end TikTok Shop scaling strategy and optimize performance metrics

Manage and optimize campaigns in Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager

Required Qualifications

8-12+ years of growth or performance marketing experience in DTC or eCommerce

Proven success in scaling Meta and TikTok, with hands-on experience in TikTok Shop

Expertise in paid social testing frameworks and performance optimization

Strong analytical skills with comfort in interpreting performance data

Advanced proficiency in Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager
