We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to lead the performance of our digital experience — leading our website and driving growth through digital campaigns, SEO, and conversion optimization. This is a hands-on role for someone who loves combining brand storytelling with data-driven marketing and customer-first digital experience.

A key priority in this role will be leading the launch of a new Shopify website rebuild in partnership with our agency - ensuring delivery is on time, on budget, and aligned with our approachable luxury brand standards.

Reports To: CEO for new web build, with a transition to VP of Marketing post web launch

Type: Full-time

Optimize our website experience (content, landing pages, promotions, UX improvements)

Lead the Shopify rebuild and launch with our agency partner (timelines, deliverables, QA, tracking, SEO migration)

Support performance campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, retargeting, and email (with agency support)

Support SEO strategy and content optimization

Report on performance and insights using GA4/GTM and dashboards

8+ years experience in digital marketing + website management (retail/e-commerce preferred)

• Strong understanding of SEO, analytics, and conversion optimization
• Strong eye for premium digital experience and customer journey

Lead high-impact work that directly influences customer experience and growth

Lead a major Shopify rebuild project

Collaborate closely with creative, marketing, and retail teams
