Marketing Specialist, Digital Growth

Ritz-Craft

Job Summary

We are hiring a hands-on Marketing Specialist, Digital Growth (or Performance Marketing Lead or Digital Growth Specialist, we can decide on titles later) to help grow the Ritz-Craft Corporation brand and its family of companies. This is an entrepreneurial role inside an established organization. You will turn strategy into action, ship campaigns, and use data to improve results week over week. You will partner closely with the marketing director and the growing team to create focus, protect priorities, and keep the team out of random request mode. If you want to test your digital marketing chops and have real impact at a growing company, keep reading!

What You'll Do

  • Own the day-to-day execution of our digital growth engine across web, email, SEO, paid media, and social.
  • Translate annual goals into a quarterly roadmap of initiatives and experiments; define success metrics, ship, measure, and iterate.
  • Help manage an intake-and-prioritization process for ad-hoc requests: recommend tradeoffs, say "not now" when appropriate, and protect the roadmap.
  • Maintain and improve our websites and other digital assets, landing pages, UX/UI, accessibility, conversion paths, and content updates.
  • Build and maintain SEO fundamentals and UTM standards (technical and on-page): keyword research, meta data, alt text, internal linking, and content optimization.
  • Plan and manage paid initiatives (Google Ads, paid social, retargeting): budgets, creative, A/B testing, and ROI optimization.
  • Develop and execute email marketing and automation: segmentation, nurture journeys, promotions, and reporting.
  • Own social content operations: calendar, writing, posting, community engagement, and performance-driven optimization.
  • Create and produce graphics and video that help sell our products and services across business units.
  • Deliver clear reporting and insights to the marketing director and make recommendations based on performance, no opinions.
  • Collaborate across Ritz-Craft and other John Brothers Holdings (JBH) companies to align messaging, share assets, and scale best practices.

How You'll Work

  • Operate like an owner: take initiative, manage your backlog, and move work from idea to live execution.
  • Use data to prioritize: focus on the few things that will meaningfully impact awareness, leads, and revenue.
  • Bring maturity to the room: push back professionally, set expectations, and keep stakeholders aligned.
  • Act as a trusted advisor: be able and willing to advise peers and stakeholders, counsel senior leadership, teach teammates across the organization, and provide data-driven recommendations to the overall marketing strategy.
  • Interact and collaborate professionally with external vendors.
  • Balance strategy and your craft: understand the "why" and build the "thing."

Skills And Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or another related field, plus 3-5 years of real-world, hands-on digital marketing experience (more is always welcome); you've shipped real work across multiple channels.
  • High school diploma plus 5-7 years of the same experience as above.
  • Working knowledge of SEO and Google Ads (or equivalent) and how to measure performance (GA4, Search Console, platform analytics).
  • Experience managing paid social and/or PPC with a focus on testing and ROI.
  • Experience building email campaigns and basic automation (Constant Contact or HubSpot).
  • Comfortable in a CMS (Wix and/or WordPress) and able to make content updates and landing pages quickly.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (or equivalent) for light design/production work).
  • Strong writing and editing skills; excellent organization; sound judgement, and attention to detail.
  • Nice to Have: Experience in construction/manufacturing/modular/off-site construction; basic HTML/CSS; comfort working with vendors and using Asana (or similar project management software).

This is an on-site/in-office roll in Mifflinburg, PA.
