Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Part-Time Marketing Associate to support and advance our marketing initiatives across North America. This flexible in-office role is ideal for a results-driven professional who values collaboration, hands-on involvement, and the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to a growing organization.
The successful candidate will play a key role in strengthening our brand presence, optimizing marketing performance, and supporting growth through data-driven decision-making and creative execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive and manage our online advertising initiatives across platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other social media channels.
- Optimize PPC campaigns and advertising spend to maximize return on investment.
- Identify, recommend, and implement process improvements and marketing automation opportunities.
- Unify data from multiple sources to create clear, actionable analytics and performance reports.
- Develop and execute direct marketing campaigns, including direct mail and targeted email campaigns.
- Lead the ongoing development, optimization, and success of the RTF website.
- Assist with trade show planning, coordination, and promotional activities.
- Conduct customer insights and competitive market research to inform strategy.
- Plan, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns.
- Create and manage product landing pages aligned with campaign goals.
- Manage, maintain, and grow the customer database, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
- Develop a range of marketing materials, including brochures, case studies, presentations, and digital assets.
- Own and grow our social media presence across North America, ensuring consistency and engagement.
- Analyze the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and continuously refine strategies to ensure maximum impact and efficiency.
Qualifications & Skills
- Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Hands-on experience with digital advertising platforms, PPC campaigns, and social media marketing.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into meaningful insights.
- Experience with email marketing platforms, CRM systems, and marketing automation tools.
- Solid understanding of website management, landing page optimization, and basic SEO principles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while collaborating in an in-office team environment.
