Position Overview

Digital Content Marketing Associate at Medlive – a PlatformQ Health Brand – is at the forefront of learner engagement and educational design. Medlive offers trusted digital education for clinicians, patients, and caregivers through dynamic, up-to-date, and accurate medical education in collaboration with leading societies, associations, and advocacy organizations.

Reporting to the Marcomms team, you will elevate brand awareness and drive a qualified pipeline for the sales teams. This role will shape Medlive's content strategy by creating and managing high-impact content across the website, blog, and LinkedIn channels – ensuring consistency in messaging and brand voice. You will optimize content for SEO, utilize analytics tools like Salesforce/Pardot and Google Analytics to track performance, and collaborate across teams to enhance engagement. In addition, you will expand content reach through strategic partnerships and help position Medlive executives as thought leaders in digital healthcare education.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, write, and manage long-form content for the website, blog, and LinkedIn channels, ensuring consistency in messaging, tone, and brand voice while managing editorial calendars and content marketing plans.
  • Collaborate with Social Media, Design, and Audience teams to align content distribution and maximize engagement across platforms.
  • Implement SEO best practices by leveraging keyword research and analytics to enhance content visibility and organic reach.
  • Utilize tools such as Salesforce/Pardot and Google Analytics to track engagement, website traffic, and lead conversions, refining strategies based on performance insights.
  • Drive audience growth through earned media partnerships, influencer outreach, guest posting, and content syndication.
  • Engage with industry communities and stakeholders to establish Medlive executives as experts in digital healthcare technology.
  • Stay current on digital healthcare education and engagement trends to continuously inform and improve strategy.

Required Qualifications

  • 35 years of experience in content marketing or digital marketing, preferably in medical education, healthtech, pharmaceutical, or biotech environments.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications.
  • Strong writing and storytelling skills with the ability to translate complex topics into compelling content.
  • Hands-on experience with analytics and CRM tools such as Salesforce/Pardot and Google Analytics.
  • Experience managing editorial calendars and executing multi-channel content marketing plans.
  • Proficiency in SEO best practices, content optimization, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Highly organized with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt to shifting priorities.
  • Excellent collaborator capable of building strong cross-functional relationships and driving initiatives forward.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bonus: Experience with task management tools like ASANA.
