Overview
We are seeking a strategic, high-impact Digital Marketing Specialist with 3–5 years of hands-on experience to lead our organic and paid growth initiatives. This role is designed for a self-starter who masters the intersection of technical SEO, high-ROI Paid Media, and the evolving landscape of App/Answer Engine Optimization (AEO).
The ideal candidate doesn't just monitor metrics—they translate data into actionable business outcomes. You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of digital performance, from technical audits and algorithm adaptation to high-stakes campaign management and executive-level reporting.
Key Responsibilities1. Integrated Search Strategy (SEO & AEO)
- Full-Funnel SEO: Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies focusing on technical audits (HTML/CSS/JS), keyword mapping, metadata optimization, and link-building.
- Next-Gen Optimization: Lead Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) efforts, optimizing site structure for featured snippets, AI-powered search results, and voice search to stay ahead of evolving search behaviors.
- Technical Excellence: Conduct deep-dive technical audits to identify and resolve crawlability and indexing issues, ensuring peak performance across CMS platforms like WordPress.
2. High-Performance Paid Media
- Multi-Channel Management: Plan, launch, and optimize ROI-driven campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube) and Paid Social (Meta, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Precision Optimization: Manage audience targeting, bidding strategies, and creative A/B testing while maintaining strict oversight of budget pacing and conversion goals.
3. Data Analytics & Reporting
- Insight Synthesis: Utilize GA4, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, and Adobe Analytics to monitor the user journey and campaign effectiveness.
- Actionable Reporting: Transition from reporting "what happened" to "why it matters," delivering clear, strategic insights and recommendations to internal stakeholders and clients.
4. Strategic Collaboration & Communication
- Client Partnership: Act as a trusted advisor, confidently explaining complex digital strategies and performance data to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Content Integration: Collaborate with creative teams to ensure all content is high-quality, brand-aligned, and optimized for search visibility.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3–5 years of proven experience in digital marketing, specifically managing SEO and paid media portfolios.
- Technical Toolkit: Proficiency with Google Ads, GA4, Search Console, and industry-standard SEO tools (e.g., SEMRush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog).
- Coding Literacy: Strong working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript as they relate to SEO and tracking implementation.
- Strategic Mindset: A track record of connecting digital tactics to bottom-line business growth.
- Adaptability: A deep-seated interest in AI-driven search trends and the agility to pivot strategies as algorithms evolve.
- Bonus: Familiarity with e-commerce platform optimization and advanced social media management tools.
