Digital Training Leader

Develop and implement training programs for NXP's digital product portfolio, catering to the needs of employees at all levels.
Create engaging and interactive training materials, including presentations, videos, and hands-on activities, to effectively educate employees on digital technologies.
Collaborate with subject matter experts and cross-functional teams to ensure training content is accurate and up-to-date with industry trends.
Continuously assess training needs and identify areas for improvement, making necessary adjustments to training programs to ensure maximum effectiveness.
Conduct training sessions, workshops, and webinars for employees, both in-person and virtually, to promote continuous learning and development.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and data analysis, and make recommendations for improvement.
Stay updated on the latest digital advancements and incorporate them into training programs to ensure employees have the most relevant and cutting-edge knowledge.
Act as a mentor and coach to employees, providing guidance and support in their professional development.
Collaborate with HR and management to identify and address training gaps and develop career development plans for employees.
Serve as a liaison between NXP and external training providers, evaluating and selecting the most suitable partners for specific training needs.
Monitor and manage the training budget, ensuring cost-effective and efficient use of resources.
Stay informed on industry regulations and compliance standards related to digital technology training and ensure all training programs adhere to these standards.
Promote a culture of continuous learning and upskilling within the organization, encouraging employees to take advantage of training opportunities.
Represent NXP at industry events and conferences, showcasing our training programs and thought leadership in the digital space.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and strategies to drive employee engagement and participation in training programs.
