We are looking for a passionate Technology Transformation Delivery Manager to lead our Automation team. In this role, you will:

• Establish and uphold efficient delivery methodologies, templates, and checkpoints, managing the full intake-to-build lifecycle, ensuring precise estimations and resource allocations.
• Oversee multiple automation workstreams, track progress, identify risks, and address dependencies; conduct design and code reviews for RPA and GenAI solutions while ensuring adherence to security and audit standards.
• Mentor developers and team members, promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement, and enhance capabilities in GenAI, CoPilot, and Power Platform.
• Serve as the main point of contact between the Center of Excellence and various business units, managing expectations, updating on delivery progress, and facilitating approvals and change management for production deployments.
• Work closely with the Operations team for bot scheduling, patching, and resolving incidents; keep track of delivery metrics and contribute to performance dashboards for the COE.
• Maintain integrity, professionalism, and accountability to ensure a respectful workplace environment at KPMG.

Qualifications

• At least eight years of experience in technology delivery roles, including a minimum of three years in RPA/Automation leadership; hands-on experience with Automation Anywhere A360 and familiarity with GenAI integrations.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, business, or a related field; certifications such as PMP or Agile are a plus, along with Automation Anywhere Master, ProfessionalGenAI, and Prompt Engineering certifications (Azure OpenAI).
• Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and automation governance frameworks.
• Proven leadership skills in managing cross-functional teams and complex delivery projects.
• Comprehensive understanding of various RPA platforms (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism) and the automation lifecycle.
• A track record of delivering intricate technical programs within a matrixed environment.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
