Sales and Marketing Coordinator

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing coordinator to lead our digital marketing initiatives and sales strategies. This role involves developing and executing digital marketing campaigns, managing online presence, and driving revenue growth through innovative approaches. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in SEO, and digital marketing tools to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement across multiple channels.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve company objectives.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive analysis.
• Oversee digital marketing campaigns including Facebook Advertising, Google AdWords, email marketing, and social media outreach.
• Utilize SEO best practices to improve website ranking and organic traffic.
• Analyze website traffic using Google Analytics and other tools to measure campaign effectiveness.
• Monitor advertising budgets, track ROI, and adjust strategies accordingly.

Requirements

• Proven experience in digital marketing, sales, or related roles, previous experience in marketing for real-estate is a huge plus .
• Proficiency in SEO, Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Facebook Advertising, email marketing, and analytics tools.
• Familiarity with HTML coding, Adobe Creative Suite for content creation.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to craft compelling marketing messages.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Experience in product management and budgeting is a plus.
• Knowledge of digital marketing trends and best practices in the industry. Pay: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
