**Role: Instructor, **Digital Marketing: Website Management and Design**

Greystone College Vancouver is currently seeking casual Digital Marketing: Website Management and Design instructor for evening classes: Mondays to Thursdays 5:15pm - 9:00pm PST. Reporting to the Director, Greystone College Programs, the instructor is responsible for providing quality instruction and facilitating student learning following the prescribed curriculum.

• *Job Duties**:

The duties of this position include, but are not limited to:

• Deliver engaging and effective instruction that follows established curriculum and schedule in an interactive and student-centered environment
• Contribute to ongoing design and development of course materials and provide feedback on program efficiency
• Complete all required preparation prior to course delivery
• Provide academic assistance in a variety of learning situations
• Provide detailed feedback to students on their academic performance in a timely manner
• Maintain all course-related records up-to-date and submit information as required
• Correspond with students, management and administrative staff as required during the course offering
• Complete all required administrative tasks in a timely manner
• Remain current in area of professional expertise and teaching methods
• When required, assist new instructors
• Demonstrate values and principles of professional conduct in all endeavors
• Adhere to Greystone College policies and procedures and assist in their implementation as necessary
• Attend faculty meetings and training sessions
• Other duties as assigned by the Director, Greystone College Programs
• *Essential Qualifications and Education**:
• One of the following is required:
• Diploma or degree in Computer Science, Digital Marketing or other relevant discipline with minimum of 2 years industry experience in web development, Search Engine Optimization, website management, social media integration, content management, e-commerce, data analytics OR
• 10 years industry-related experience in the above areas
• Demonstrated professional development related to the area of instruction
• Certificate, diploma or post-secondary degree in adult education or minimum 2 years teaching experience is a strong asset
• *Skills**:
• Strong understanding of HTML, CSS and JavaScript and WordPress
• Experience with Shopify, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and Looker Studio
• Superb technical problem-solving abilities
• Strong public speaking abilities
• Experience teaching or mentoring others
• Experience in learning management system platforms such as Moodle is an asset
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, ability to plan, prioritize and meet deadlines
