We are now hiring a Growth Marketing Manager for our client — a premium, tech-enabled longevity healthcare company building a new standard for proactive, data-driven care.

📍 Location: Central and South America, Europe

What You’ll Do

OVERALL

Oversee Meta Ads and HubSpot internal channels to optimize campaigns end-to-end and drive conversions within the company’s ecosystem.

  • Own and optimize Meta / Facebook Ads, including account structure, performance, and testing
  • Manage HubSpot email marketing, campaigns, and lifecycle communication
  • Build and maintain HubSpot workflows and automations
  • Own HubSpot contact management, data hygiene, and segmentation
  • Ensure accurate data collection and attribution across HubSpot, Meta, and other tools
  • Collaborate closely with engineering to ensure integrations and data flows are working correctly
  • Analyze performance data to understand what’s working, what’s not, and continuously optimize results
  • Manage Framer landing pages, including adjustments, forms, and CRO improvements
  • Ensure proper Framer contact form integrations with HubSpot

About You

  • Proven experience in Growth Marketing / Performance Marketing roles (3+ years)
  • Hands‑on experience with Meta Ads and HubSpot (email, workflows, CRM)
  • Comfortable owning both execution and optimization, not just strategy
  • Strong analytical mindset — you rely on data to guide decisions
  • Confident working cross‑functionally with engineering and product teams
  • Fluent in English with a strong understanding of user journeys and conversion logic
  • Startup‑minded, adaptable, and excited to experiment and iterate fast

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Framer or other modern landing page builders
  • Background in healthtech, fintech, or subscription‑based products
  • Experience working in early‑stage or fast‑scaling startups
