Digital Marketing Associate

Job Summary

The Digital Marketing Associate will assist in the online and web-based marketing efforts for the American International Family of Companies. This position will be responsible for executing the marketing strategy of the company, in partnership with and under the guidance and direction of the Marketing Manager. They will help to develop, edit and refine marketing approaches to support company level initiatives, or in certain instances, provide support to our Sales Staff.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop, edit, and refine marketing copy for: Email campaigns, LinkedIn content & campaigns, and additional marketing and promotional materials as needed.
• Ensure marketing copy meets established quality standards and brand voice guidelines
• Manage multiple projects while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align messaging and campaign objectives
• Utilize design tools to support visual content development
• Adapt to new marketing systems, tools, and industries as required
• Publish digital marketing content online
• Using Content Management Systems (CMS) or website platforms to develop landing pages, website pages, and Calls-to-action (CTA’s)
• Interpret and translate data into actionable steps
• Track, report, and analyze website analytics initiatives and campaigns
• Social Media management as needed
• Other duties as required by the business.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science or General Business preferred
• Strong written communication and copywriting abilities
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Project management and organization
• Working knowledge of design tools, particularly Canva
• Working knowledge of marketing performance indicators and best practices
• Understanding of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) best practices
• Ability to work fulltime, on-site. Occasional travel opportunities available if desired
• Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers

Preferred Experience

• Managing email marketing campaigns
• Copywriting (internal & external publications)
• LinkedIn marketing and content creation
• Use of Canva or similar design platforms

OFFICE LOCATION

Our one-of-a-kind facility is located in Ada, Michigan on the banks of the Grand River. We sit right off from Fulton Street East in a beautifully restored barn, with a recent silo addition for additional office space. Our unique facility strips away the “institutional” feel to provide a comfortable and distinctive office space.

• Onsite Required* | Mon-Fri. 8am to 5pm | No nights or Weekends

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
