About The Role

We're looking for a creative, detail-oriented Marketing & Design Specialist who enjoys bringing ideas to life through thoughtful design, clear messaging, and well-executed campaigns. In this role, you'll work closely with business leaders and marketing partners to create professional, on-brand materials that support client engagement, events, and broader marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Brand & Creative Work

• Design and produce a wide range of marketing materials, including brochures, invitations, one-pagers, pitch decks, PowerPoint presentations, and event collateral
• Bring business ideas to life by translating complex concepts into clear, engaging visuals and client-friendly messaging
• Ensure everything you create aligns with brand guidelines, tone of voice, and business standards
• Support branding efforts for client events, industry conferences, and internal team initiatives

Digital Marketing

• Support website branding and content updates, working alongside internal teams and external web partners
• Help create and execute email marketing campaigns such as newsletters, event invitations, and campaign communications
• Contribute to digital initiatives that strengthen brand visibility and client engagement
• Marketing Project Coordination
• Assist with managing marketing projects from concept through delivery, helping keep timelines, approvals, and execution on track
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders—including business teams, compliance, HR, and leadership—as well as external vendors and agencies
• Help maintain marketing calendars and track deliverables across multiple initiatives

Event Support

• Support client meetings, industry events, and firm-hosted gatherings
• Assist with event logistics and coordination, working closely with internal teams and external partners
• Develop and manage branded event materials and presentations, ensuring consistency and compliance

Skills, Experience, And Education

• 2-3+ years of experience in a marketing and/or design role
• Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
• Experience in financial services or insurance is a plus
• Advanced PowerPoint skills, with experience creating polished, executive-level presentations
• Experience supporting email marketing campaigns and digital marketing initiatives
• Familiarity with website content updates or CMS platforms
• Strong organizational skills and comfort managing multiple projects at once
• Confidence working with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
