About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented

Ecommerce Coordinator to join the Lacoste Digital team. This individual will

support the end-to-end execution of product go-live and digital merchandising

processes, ensuring that new products are launched accurately and on time

across our e-commerce channels in the US and Canada. The Ecommerce Coordinator

will also play a key role in supporting marketing efforts, product reporting,

and overall site quality assurance. This role will work cross-functionally to

deliver a seamless and compelling online customer experience that supports

seasonal product strategies and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Product Go-Live: Manage end-to-end product catalog setup

utilizing Salesforce Commerce Cloud, ERP, and Product Information Management

(PIM) systems, including product copy, imagery, categorization, and sorting

attribution.

  • Reporting: Track and communicate go-live status weekly,

ensuring timely product launches in coordination with cross-functional teams.

  • Site Quality Assurance: Conduct daily comprehensive audits

to ensure accuracy of onsite copy, product attribution, navigation, and sort

and filter options.

  • Merchandising: Oversee catalog maintenance, category

curation, and on-site storytelling. Identify storytelling opportunities based

on the seasonal assortment and competitive landscape. Assist the E-Commerce

Manager in conducting regular A/B tests to optimize conversion and customer

experience.

  • Digital Marketing: Provide product and linking needs for

email and SMS marketing campaigns under the guidance of the E-commerce Manager,

updating as needed based on business needs.

  • Competitive Analysis: Conduct weekly competitive analysis

for digital merchandising.
