The Pay-for-Performance Advantage

At Yellow Pages, we recognize and reward performance with:

• On-target annual earnings, including base salary, commissions, incentives & bonuses of $55K+ , with tenured top performers surpassing $65K .
• Base salary of $35,000 for peace of mind. Your safety net is always there.
• An uncapped commission plan designed to put you in control of your earnings.
• Quarterly and annual performance bonuses and incentives for exceeding expectations.
• 6‑week intensive training program in a virtual classroom setting to set you up for success.

• 3 weeks in your first year, then 4 weeks after two years.
• Monday–Friday schedule with daytime hours. No weekends required.

The Two‑Tier Commission Advantage

With exceptional and sustained overperformance, you may unlock a higher tier commission structure, featuring higher targets and accelerated commission rates. In that structure, there is a potential to maximize total earnings with expected on‑target‑earnings, including base salary, commissions, incentives & bonuses of $95K+, with tenured top performers surpassing $120K.

• This position involves OCCASIONAL interactions with clients or professionals both internally and externally on a national scale, therefore,French proficiency is an asset.
• Experience selling digital marketing solutions to SMBs is an asset.
• High school diploma is required. (will be verified)
• Must be legally authorized to work in Canada and currently reside in Canada.
