The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing channels, and social media engagement strategies. You will be responsible for driving online sales, increasing brand awareness, and building a strong community around our client's products. Key responsibilities include developing and managing comprehensive social media strategies across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Twitter, creating engaging content, and analyzing performance metrics. You will also oversee and optimize e-commerce website performance, including product listings, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and user experience (UX). Running targeted advertising campaigns on social media and search engines (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads) to drive traffic and conversions will be a core function. Collaborating with content creators, graphic designers, and web developers to ensure cohesive brand messaging and a seamless customer journey is essential. You will stay abreast of the latest digital marketing trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms to ensure our client remains competitive. This role requires exceptional analytical skills to track ROI, measure campaign success, and provide regular performance reports with actionable insights. A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is required, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in e-commerce and social media marketing. Proficiency in marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite) and e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce) is a must. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for this remote role, as is the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
