Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies across various platforms (social media, search engines, email, display advertising). Manage and grow the organization's social media presence, fostering community engagement and interaction. Create and oversee the production of compelling digital content, including website copy, blog posts, videos, and graphics. Plan and execute Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM) campaigns to increase online visibility and traffic. Develop and manage email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, content creation, and performance tracking. Oversee paid advertising initiatives (e.g., Google Ads, social media ads), ensuring optimal ROI and budget adherence. Analyze website traffic, campaign performance data, and audience insights using tools like Google Analytics. Translate data-driven insights into actionable strategies for campaign improvement and optimization. Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, creative, programming) to ensure brand consistency and campaign alignment. Stay abreast of the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices, particularly within the arts and entertainment industry. Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors as needed. Contribute to budget planning and management for all digital marketing activities.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field. 5+ years of progressive experience in digital marketing, with a significant portion focused on the arts, culture, or entertainment industries. Demonstrated success in developing and executing multi-channel digital marketing campaigns that achieve measurable results. Expertise in SEO/SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, email marketing, and paid advertising. Proficiency in marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, social media analytics platforms). Strong understanding of audience segmentation, customer journey mapping, and CRM principles. Excellent copywriting, editing, and communication skills. Creative thinking with a keen eye for visual aesthetics and storytelling. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Experience with website CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress) is a plus. Passion for the arts and a desire to promote cultural experiences.
