Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced E-commerce Social Media Marketing Manager to join their growing team in Jacksonville, Florida, US . This is an exciting opportunity for a creative individual with a proven track record in developing and executing successful social media strategies for online retail businesses. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and growing our client's social media presence across all relevant platforms, driving engagement, traffic, and ultimately, sales.

Key responsibilities include

Developing and implementing comprehensive social media marketing strategies aligned with e-commerce goals. Creating engaging and high-quality content (text, image, video) for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, and Twitter. Managing social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, and performance optimization. Monitoring social media trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and adapt strategies. Building and nurturing online communities, responding to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner. Collaborating with the e-commerce and marketing teams to ensure brand consistency and cohesive campaign execution. Analyzing social media performance metrics and providing regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as reach, engagement, conversion rates, and ROI. Identifying and engaging with influencers and brand advocates to expand reach and credibility. Staying up-to-date with the latest social media best practices, tools, and platform updates.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in social media marketing, with a strong focus on e-commerce. Demonstrated success in growing social media followings and engagement for retail brands. Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social) and analytics platforms. Experience with social media advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Ads, TikTok Ads). Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and creativity. Strong understanding of e-commerce principles and customer journey. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with SEO principles as they relate to social media content is a plus.

This hybrid role requires a candidate who can effectively collaborate both remotely and in the Jacksonville, Florida, US office.
