Our client is searching for a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join their innovative team. This role is essential for developing and executing online marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive engagement. Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across various platforms (e.g., social media, email, SEO/SEM, content marketing). Create engaging and compelling content for websites, social media, blogs, and email newsletters. Manage and optimize social media profiles and advertising campaigns to increase brand awareness and generate leads. Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings. Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, automation, and performance analysis. Monitor website traffic and user behavior using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and provide actionable insights. Track, analyze, and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, making data-driven recommendations for improvement. Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing marketing assets. Stay current with digital marketing trends, best practices, and emerging technologies. Manage the digital marketing budget effectively and ensure optimal ROI. Assist in the development of the overall marketing strategy and contribute creative ideas. Build and maintain a strong online presence for the brand. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of successful campaign management. Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, content marketing, social media marketing, and email marketing. Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Mailchimp, HubSpot). Experience with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a flair for creative copywriting. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive marketing decisions. Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail. Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a remote setting. Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus. This fully remote role offers a fantastic opportunity to shape our client's digital presence.
