Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and user acquisition in Turkey

Manage and lead agencies or contractors to execute the marketing plan focused on social media and partnerships

Analyze marketing efforts and adjust strategies based on performance metrics

Required Qualifications

5+ years of consumer marketing experience, especially in social media and growth marketing

Proven experience in developing and leading marketing and PR communication strategies

Strong understanding of Turkish consumer trends and cultural insights

Experience working in remote teams and influencing local market needs

Proficient in Turkish and excellent English speaking and writing skills
