Agency Growth and Marketing Director

A company is looking for a Director of Agency Growth & Marketing to lead agency marketing efforts and support new business initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Own the agency brand across all channels, including website, social media, and events

Drive marketing initiatives to increase awareness among CMOs and earn industry recognition

Lead internal and external brand storytelling and manage pitch processes end to end

Required Qualifications

10+ years of experience at an advertising agency

5+ years working on a new business and / or growth team

Proven experience leading agency new business development and client pitches

Strong strategic thinker with the ability to execute independently

Deep understanding of agency brands, personality, and tone
