Job Title: Paid Media Campaign Manager (Contractor, Part-Time)

Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Paid Media Campaign Manager to oversee, launch, and optimize multi-channel digital advertising campaigns across platforms, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and programmatic networks. This part-time contractor role requires roughly 10 hours per week available during EST hours and focuses solely on campaign management, tracking setup, and performance reporting. No creative development is involved.

Responsibilities

  • Campaign Strategy & Launch:
  • Develop and implement paid media strategies across Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and programmatic platforms.
  • Set up campaigns to align with client goals and KPIs.
  • Ensure tracking, tagging, and all necessary components are correctly configured before launch.
  • Optimization & Management:
  • Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance to achieve maximum ROI.
  • Adjust bids, targeting, and ad placements based on performance data.
  • Troubleshoot any issues related to campaign delivery or tracking.
  • Performance Reporting:
  • Prepare detailed weekly reports highlighting campaign outcomes, insights, and recommendations for improvement.
  • Communicate performance data effectively to clients or internal stakeholders.
  • Tracking & Analytics:
  • Implement and maintain tracking systems, such as Google Tag Manager and pixel installations, to ensure accurate data collection.
  • Collaborate with web teams to verify tracking accuracy.
  • Collaboration & Communication:
  • Maintain timely communication regarding campaign progress, challenges, and outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience managing Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and programmatic advertising.
  • Expertise in setting up and launching digital advertising campaigns, including tracking and analytics.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting performance data and making data-driven optimization decisions.
  • Proficiency in advertising platforms’ dashboards, Google Analytics, and campaign reporting tools.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills for reporting and collaborating with team members and stakeholders.

Preferred

  • Experience with advanced programmatic platforms and familiarity with third-party tracking solutions.
  • Certification in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or relevant advertising platforms.
