Posting Date 07/11/2025 3201 S 323rd St, Federal Way, Washington, 98001-5023, United States of America GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB The Transformation Sr Analyst (Accounting) will execute on strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing business processes, accelerating technological advancements, and improving overall operational efficiency to help the Sentinels achieve its long-term strategic goals. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Cross-functional collaboration with the DaVita’s team (onshore) and the Accenture service delivery team (offshore) to identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and optimization Perform strategic and capability assessments of current processes, technology portfolio, data management and controls to identify areas for enhancement and standardization. Work with leadership and team on a portfolio of transformation projects, working to make sure they are delivered on time, within scope, and achieve their intended objectives. Drive efforts to ensure successful adoption of new processes, technology, and ways of working within the Sentinel organization for effective transitions with minimal disruptions. Cross-functional collaboration with IT and other functional areas to drive the integration and adoption of new technologies and digital tools that support business transformation goals, ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to report out the effectiveness of transformation initiatives. Provide status updates to leadership on progress and impact. Engage and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization to ensure buy-in and support for transformation initiatives. Stay informed about emerging trends, best practices, and technologies within F&A space and incorporate relevant insights into strategy and execution. Other duties as assigned.
