The salary range for this role is $70,000.00 to $74,000.00. Base salaries are determined during our interview process, by assessing a candidate’s experience, skills against internal peers and against the scope and responsibilities of the position.
This is an onsite position based at our winery in Vineland Station. We welcome applications from candidates who live within commuting distance or who are open to relocating to the area.
Job Summary
As Director, Brand Home and Direct to Consumer, you will bring the story of Foreign Affair Winery to life through exceptional visitor experiences and engaging digital connections. This role leads the strategy and execution of all direct-to-consumer channels, including the Visitor Centre, Wine Club, and eCommerce, with a focus on building lasting relationships with wine lovers and driving sustainable growth. You will shape how guests discover, experience, and connect with the brand—both onsite and online. This is an opportunity to blend hospitality, marketing, and commercial strategy to create memorable experiences that inspire loyalty and demand.

What you’ll do
- Develop and lead the annual direct-to-consumer strategy for the winery, driving growth across the Visitor Centre, Wine Club, and eCommerce channels while meeting revenue and retention targets.
- Partner closely with the Brand team to translate brand positioning into engaging, consistent experiences across all consumer touchpoints at the winery and online.
- Collaborate with Digital teams to build a seamless consumer journey that strengthens engagement and supports the growth and fulfillment of eCommerce sales.
- Design and deliver memorable visitor experiences, events, and programming that increase visitation, deepen brand loyalty, and generate measurable sales growth.
- Lead, coach, and inspire the hospitality and direct-sales teams, creating a culture focused on exceptional guest experiences and strong business results.
- Analyze performance data and consumer insights to continuously optimize direct-to-consumer initiatives, improve retention, and identify new growth opportunities.
- Oversee the planning and execution of winery-hosted hospitality events for media, trade partners, corporate groups, and other key stakeholders

Required qualifications
- Proven experience leading direct-to-consumer, hospitality, or experiential marketing programs, ideally within wine, beverage, hospitality, or luxury consumer brands.
- Demonstrated success developing and executing strategies that drive revenue growth through visitor experiences, membership programs, or eCommerce.
- Strong leadership experience with the ability to coach and develop teams in a guest-focused environment.
- Experience using consumer data and performance metrics to guide strategy, optimize programs, and improve retention
- Exceptional collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally across marketing, digital, and commercial teams. · Bachelor of Commerce, Bachelor of Arts in Hospitality or Tourism Management, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
- 7–10 years of experience in tourism, hospitality, or a related industry.
- At least 5 years of experience leading retail, visitor experience, or events programs with demonstrated success driving engagement and sales.
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to coach and develop teams in a guest-focused environment.
- Experience using consumer insights and performance metrics to guide strategy and optimize direct-to-consumer programs.
- Flexibility to work weekends and support winery events or peak visitor periods as needed.
