Position Overview

Marketing Operations Manager – a full‐time position at Lincoln Digital Group. Our agency is a dynamic, results‐driven marketing firm based in South Florida that specializes in full lifecycle and performance marketing for luxury brands and premium businesses. In this role, you will empower team members across the organization by refining and optimizing our systems and SOPs to maximize productivity while upholding excellence in quality. You will work closely with the Founder & President and other leadership to deploy and optimize the strategic tools that drive measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our core workflows and systems while collaborating with team members across departments to deliver SOPs, tools, and strategic recommendations that optimize work quality and efficiency.
  • Support and drive efforts to implement AI-based tooling and systems for creative production, operations, and reporting, managing the overall roadmap in partnership with leadership.
  • Implement tools for internal and external communications, creative asset production and management, client campaign reporting, financial analysis, and client satisfaction tracking.
  • Ensure all systems are understood and properly utilized by team members by providing feedback and evidence-based recommendations to both peers and senior leadership.
  • Provide input into organization design, roles, and performance management for managers and senior leadership.
  • Support sourcing, vetting, onboarding, and training of new talent across the organization.
  • Coordinate the company-wide planning process for both short and long-term initiatives, supporting senior leadership in steering the firm.
  • Contribute to the design and development of agency offerings, operational capabilities, and related collateral.

Required Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in operations, client service, or a similar role at a marketing/advertising agency requiring cross-functional collaboration.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Design, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
  • Proven experience in implementing, managing, and optimizing systems and tools for internal operations in the marketing/advertising industry, either as a manager, principal user, or through vendor relationships.
  • A strong enthusiasm for AI-based tools with the ability to identify valid use cases and implement breakthrough solutions in day-to-day operations.
  • A demonstrated track record of success in a high-paced creative environment.
  • An understanding of premium consumer and luxury goods markets, particularly within South Florida.
  • History of developing impactful digital marketing campaigns that drive key performance metrics.
  • Exceptional teamwork and communication skills coupled with outstanding business acumen.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Monday, Adobe Creative Suite, SEMRush, Koala AI, Surfer SEO, Google Tag Manager, Search Console, and Analytics platforms is a plus.
  • Ability to live in or regularly travel to the West Palm Beach, FL area.
