Join our team as an E-Commerce Grocery Shopper! In this role, you will play a vital part in enhancing the online shopping experience for our customers by selecting and gathering products efficiently while ensuring freshness and quality. You will assemble online orders, process transactions, and deliver them directly to the customers' vehicles upon arrival. Responsibilities

Essential Job Functions

• Select and gather products for online orders with attention to quality and freshness.
• Assemble orders and process coupons and payments accurately.
• Communicate any substitutions or exceptions to customers during pickup.
• Scan and bag orders efficiently while adhering to company standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring compliance with health and safety guidelines.
• Provide exceptional customer service that fosters loyalty to our online grocery service.
• Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Assist in training new team members as needed.
• Meet productivity standards while working in a fast-paced environment.
• Support customers of all ages and needs with respect and kindness.

Qualifications

Minimum Position Qualifications

• Ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Ability to read shelf tags and understand product labeling.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions.
• Strong written and verbal communication capabilities.

Desired Previous Experience

• Experience as a personal shopper or in retail, warehousing, or cashier roles.
