Khepri Jewels is experiencing exciting growth, and we are on the lookout for a digitally savvy, detail-oriented Entry-Level E-Commerce & Digital Marketing Coordinator to help elevate our online flagship store.

We are a luxury fine jewelry house specializing in natural fancy-color diamonds and rare emeralds. As we expand our reach globally through retail and digital channels, our website serves as both a captivating brand experience and a high-performing revenue driver.

This role places you at the intersection of Shopify backend operations, digital marketing strategies, merchandising, and revenue generation.

Your Key Responsibilities

Shopify & Site Management

  • Upload products (including variants, metafields, and tagging)
  • Ensure accuracy of product details such as imagery, video, pricing, and descriptions
  • Create an engaging collection layout and merchandise the homepage
  • Build landing pages for new launches and campaigns
  • Organize inventory and maintain backend systems
  • Conduct quality assurance checks prior to launches

Digital Marketing Support

  • Assist in the management of paid media campaigns across platforms like Meta and Google
  • Monitor campaign performance, focusing on key metrics such as ROAS, CPA, and traffic quality
  • Support the execution of email and SMS campaigns, from building to automation
  • Contribute to SEO optimization for product detail pages (PDPs) and collections
  • Identify conversion obstacles and recommend enhancements
  • Support retargeting initiatives and funnel optimization strategies

Performance & Reporting

  • Compile weekly reports on traffic, conversion rates, average order value, and revenue
  • Track growth metrics and highlight actionable insights
  • Assist in developing dashboards for leadership transparency

What We Are Looking For

  • 1-3 years of experience in e-commerce or digital marketing
  • Required experience with Shopify backend functionality
  • Understanding of key paid media metrics (ROAS, CAC, CPA)
  • Analytical mindset with a comfort level in using dashboards
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Self-motivated, organized, and focused on growth
  • Experience in luxury, fashion, or direct-to-consumer brands is a plus
