E-Commerce Product Listing Executive – (Automotive Parts)

About You

• Understand how fitment and compatibility work in the automotive world
• You’re a team player, but comfortable managing your own workload and solving problems independently

Key Responsibilities

• Create, upload, and manage high-quality listings for vehicle parts and accessories across WooCommerce, eBay, Amazon, and other channels
• Ensure all product data (fitment, specifications, images, categories, pricing) is correct, complete, and aligned with platform requirements
• Handle large volumes of SKUs and bulk product uploads using tools like Excel (CSV), inventory systems, and templates
• Monitor listings performance (conversion, impressions, returns) and suggest improvements
• Cross-check supplier information, vehicle compatibility, and category mapping for accuracy
• Collaborate with stock management and warehouse teams to ensure product availability and data sync

What You’ll Need to Succeed

• Experience listing products on Amazon, eBay, WooCommerce, or similar eCommerce platforms
• A good understanding of car parts, vehicle fitment, or a strong personal interest in automotive products
• Excellent Excel/data skills — confidence with CSVs, formulas (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), and batch uploads
• Comfortable using back-end dashboards, stock systems, and product databases
• Minimum 12 months in a similar product listings or eCommerce operations role
• Attention to detail is essential — you take pride in clean, consistent, high-quality listings
